We review within 2 working days
We're looking for genuine fit — your audience is people who'd run a webinar — and clear channel ownership (e.g. your own podcast, your own newsletter, your own community). New affiliate programmes attract people in scammy directories; we politely decline those.

If approved, we onboard
We'll spin up your custom slug, send you the assets pack (logos, screenshots, talking points, conversion-optimised copy), and book a 30-min call to walk through your specific audience fit.

You promote, we pay
Promote Presentr as fits your style. Commissions accrue automatically on every paid invoice from your referred customers. Once you clear £50 we pay out via Bacs (or Stripe Connect when MVP 2 lands).
What we don't do
- No sub-affiliate / MLM structures. Commissions are direct only.
- No paid-traffic affiliates bidding on Presentr-brand keywords. We'll terminate the partnership and reverse the commissions if you do.
- No content farming. Spammy review sites, fake comparison pages, and SEO-doorway pages get rejected at application.
- No coupon/discount-site affiliates. They cannibalise our own ads, attribute on last-click, and add no real promotional value.
Common questions
- Why is the rate the same as the customer referral programme?
- It isn't quite — the affiliate programme has a 90-day cookie (vs 60 for customer referrals), custom-named slugs, dedicated assets, and direct access to the team. The headline 20% / 12-month figure is the same because it's the rate the unit economics actually support; we'd rather pay it reliably than promise 40% and lose money.
- When can I apply if you're not in MVP 2 yet?
- Now. Phase A of the referrals system is live, so we can manually onboard early partners on the existing infrastructure (custom slug, manual payout, Stripe webhook attribution). When the full affiliate dashboard ships in MVP 2 (Q3 2026), you'll be migrated automatically with no action needed.
- Are commissions paid on annual plans, attendee overages, plan upgrades?
- Yes — anything the customer pays Stripe for is in scope, for 12 months from their first paid invoice. So if a referred customer signs up on a £29/mo Starter plan and upgrades to a £299/mo Scale plan in month 6, you earn 20% of the new rate from month 6 onwards.
- What about chargebacks and refunds?
- If a Stripe invoice is refunded or charged back within 60 days, the corresponding commission is reversed. We'll show this transparently in your dashboard.
- Can I be both a customer referrer and an affiliate?
- Yes — you can run a paid Presentr workspace and be an affiliate. The affiliate programme just gives you a custom slug + 90-day cookie + named partnership. You don't lose anything by signing up; you just gain control over presentation.
- What if I'm outside the UK?
- No problem. We pay via Bacs to UK-based affiliates and via Wise/Stripe Connect for everyone else. You're responsible for local tax compliance; we'll send a written statement of payments at year end so you have what you need.
- What if you reject my application?
- We'll email you with the reason. Most rejections are because the channel isn't a fit (e.g. it's a generic affiliate site rather than a topical one) or because the audience is too small to justify the partnership overhead. Reapply if your situation changes.
