So we built the tool we'd been asking incumbents for — one that treats webinars like software, not a calendar event.

The short version

Presentr is a UK-based team building automated webinar infrastructure that treats the session as a product, not a performance. We believe your best 30-minute pitch or onboarding walkthrough shouldn't have to be delivered live, by a human, on a calendar — every time.

Why we're building it

Live webinars are a tax on your best people. The founder or senior rep delivers the same 45 minutes twice a week. Attendance drifts. Replays get 3% clicks. The recording rots in a Drive folder. Meanwhile, every competitor in the category — eWebinar, WebinarGeek, Demio, Livestorm — charges £300–£1,000 a month for tools built around the idea that you'll staff every session.

We wanted something different. Record it once. Let AI chat handle the 80% of questions that repeat. Drop interactive moments through the video so attendees don't zone out. Track who watched what. Personalise the follow-up. And pay a price that doesn't assume you're Stripe-scale.

What we won't do

  • Bloat the product.If a feature is available in a native integration or a simple webhook, we won't reinvent it.
  • Lock in your content. Your videos live on Mux, your email templates are yours to export, your attendee data exports as CSV any time.
  • Hide behind enterprise pricing.Published tiers, no “contact sales” gatekeeping.

Where we are

MVP 1 shipped in April 2026. Today Presentr runs host signup, branded attendee flows, video + schedule + interactions, Stripe billing, Realtime chat, custom sending domains, and full cross-webinar analytics. Our roadmap for MVP 2 is public in the changelog — AI chat that escalates to a human, AI-personalised follow-ups, PDF certificates, affiliate payouts, and a block-based landing page builder.
